Once the booking is made and if the guest needs to cancel the same they can cancel it or make any changes to the booking up to 48 hours of stay or else 50% amount shall be treated as cancellation charge. Also post which there will be a date and time change fee applicable depending on the type, category of the booking. The guest can make an advance booking for up to 3 years from the date of booking and in case they wish to cancel or amend the booking the same terms are applicable as mentioned above.
For 3rd Party booking providers the policy remains the same, and also the 3rd party can cancel the booking or adjust the booking to another booking subject to confirmation and approval from SAMS SNOOZE AT MY SPACE!
3rd Party or booking partners can make amendments on part of the guest by giving a notice at least 48 hours prior to the stay after getting confirmation on the same subject to availability.
In case there is any amount paid for a particular booking the amount can be adjusted for another booking by the party making the payment in the first place but after seeking approval from SAMS SNOOZE AT MY SPACE!
